Founder and CEO Dan Usdrowski is a licensed and professional civil engineer. Being a licensed engineer means Dan provides his professional knowledge related to the construction of every home to ensure the highest level quality and structural integrity.
ABOUT US
Dan Usdrowski Construction was started in 2006 when Dan discovered his passion for building homes after he built his own family home. With two brothers and a nephew in the home building industry, Dan also realized homebuilding is in his blood.
In the beginning, the company completed all types of construction projects. That expertise has allowed us to develop the depth and breadth of all the phases of the construction process.
Today, we plan and construct custom homes from the client's initial concept to design and all the way through construction to completion.

We provide genuine North Idaho customer service! We value clear communication so our clients understand all aspects of the projects progress at every phase, even when the client is not on location and maybe many states away.
We maintain the highest scheduling standards with all of our long-time subcontractors to ensure on-time project completion.
We also work with our clients during the entire construction process to maintain the project's on-time completion as well as the project's budget.
